I don't believe Kimberly hooked up with anyone her friends knew of. After all, in the letter she wrote to Tommy, she said that she met someone. Why would she say she met someone if it was someone she already knew?

It is just speculation. For all we know, Tommy and Kim could be an item right now in the PR history and we just don't know it. Only the writers know for sure. The whole thing with Kat? Erased as (from what I can remember) we don't see any mention of her in the Dino Thunder series. So who knows? The next time we "might" see him he may be with Kim again just in mention, or if Saban manages to get AJJ and JDF they may write it into continuity. AJJ's series Flashpoint is ending so who knows?

Indeed they could be but it depends on if she made a hobby out of the Pan Global games. After all nothing was stated in regards to how often the games were.

Also just because Tommy didn't mention anything in regards to his love life in Dino Thunder doesn't mean anything. There was no reason to bring it up so they just decided to not bring it up. He definitely could have been together with someone at that point but there was no reason to bring it up.

Also regardless of Flashpoint, there's no way AJJ will ever return to Power Rangers. You've got a better chance of David (Yost) returning and we all know that he'll never return.
