Recently my mind has been all over the place due to some offlines stuff going on so I had to take a step back to get my thoughts back on track. I recently came to one conclusion. I need a third partner on the board to help run things. This means I am looking for a third Co-Owner on the board. This new staff member must have knowledge of skinning/coding and be able to help where needed. If I cannot find someone by February, I will need to make some hard decisions as far as the future of TCR.
