Why didn't Rangers go back to Zeo?
 

Wouldn't have made sense for the Rangers to go back to the Zeo Powers after the Turbo movie? They needed the Turbo Powers to get to the nemisis triangle . But the Zeo Powers seemed more powerful. So why not go back to them when they were back on Earth?

The changeover probably was irreversible. They most likely couldn't go back to the Zeo Powers. Especially not so soon. It probably wasn't worth it given the Turbo Powers were perfectly fine.

Perhaps the Zeo Crystal went with Zordon to Eltar. And Zordon knew this, so didn' t bother switching the powers back.

Kat lost her morpher chasing Lerigot. So they would have been one Ranger short if they went back to Zeo.

There was no going back. Once they made the switch to turbo they couldn't use the zeo powers anymore. They had no choice , since they turbo powers were never needed to get to the nemesis tiangle.

Why would they want to? The Turbo Powers were probably stronger than the Zeo Powers. Why else would Zordon have them make the switch?

Zeo could have always been used as a fall back plan. A failsafe if the Turbo Powers ever were shut down temporarily or permantely. Remember that Tommy still had his Zeonizer in Forever Red, so I think the Zeo Rangers held onto them just in case something ever happened.

Thats a pretty good idea. Never heard that one before but would make a lot of sense. Once they made the switch keeping it as a stand by would have made sense. But it probably was transported away from the Command Center by "Chase Into Space".

No she didn't. Her Zeonizer was still on her wrist as she hit the water her attempted morph was just canceled out.

Zeo should have lasted a long time. At least as long as MMPR. They didn't give it enough of a chance to move on. The Zeo change over was such a big deal that it was dumb just to throw the powers away a year later.
