Here's mine:

Best: PRiS/PRLG, PRTF/PRWF, and Forever Red

Alright ones: MMAR/Zeo, PRLG/PRLR

Worst: PRLR/PRTF (worst team up ever indeed)

Zeo/Alien Ranger

Best PRLG/PRLR and Forever Red and Timeforce/wildforce

Alright PRTF/PRWF and PRTF/PRLR

Let's see.... for me...

MMAR/Zeo = Ok.
Space/Galaxy = Best.
Galaxy/Lightspeed = Horrible
Lightspeed/Time Force = Not horrible but somewhere between that and okay.
Time Force/Wild Force = Best
Forever Red = Best
Ninja Storm/Dino Thunder = Best
Dino Thunder/SPD = Not the best but they were fine.
Retro Rangers/Overdrive = Best.
Samurai/Ranger Red = Horrible
