What if In Space was the final season?

I know there were talks of In Space being the last season (if it wasn't a success). Do you think it really would've been the end of PR? Or do you think a new series would have popped up years down the road?

If it was the last season of Power Rangers, it might come back in the form of a movie, just like Star Trek.
