Which made me wonder if his last name was Scott instead of Tate, and if that was the case if we could get some kind of three way MMPR, Time Force, and SPD crossover about some time traveling villain trying to destroy their bloodline.

No they thought his Dad was Wes, I have never heard of any person ever suggesting that it was any other Ranger.
As for Sky he was constantly referred to as Tate and there was no way Disney would have ever paid for such an expensive teamup especially when they didn’t want to pay for JDF to come out for Wormhole and it would have been much harder to deal with the other ones |
