Curcuit was a small robot owl programed to aid the Time Force team. He  had the power to communicate witht he future and summon the Time Jets.  Circuit was childlike and good friends with Trip. He always wanted to help. Nadiera saw Curcuit important to the team and kidnapped him. Trip was able to save the owl before too much irreversable damage was done.  Later in the battle Curcuit thought he wa malfuntioning. He lost confidence in everything he did untl Alex revealed that he caused him to forget for a reason. Circuit returned to the future with the Rangers once the battle was over.


Mr. Collins was Wes's rich Father. He wanted his son to follow in his footsteps and pushed him to do so., He refused to pay the ransom for kidnapped children. Wes left his dad's house for this. Collins began to invest in the defense industry. He created the Silver Gaurdians to defend paying clients from Mutant attacks. Mr. Collins was at first disapointed when he saw Wes doing odd jobs. After he found out his son was a Power Ranger, he tried to recruit him to lead the Silver Guadrdians. Wes refused to jion his father's orginization. After Eric obtained the Wuantum, Powers and the Q-Rex Collings promoted Eric to lead the Silver Guardians ( after failing to buy off the other Rangers). Collins began to trust Eric and consulted him on what to do with the Silver Guardians. Wes went to his father to make a serum for a disease spread by Venomark. Collions had a sample Wes gave him ( from Ransik's serum for the disease) made into full canisters of Medicne. The city was saved. Collings refused to  get rid of the medicine when Wes warned him that it could effect the future.  Collin's realized he was wronh when Ransik came to steal the surum for himself. Collins told Rasnik he was porud of his son for making his own distiney. Ransik fatally wounded Collins. Wes temporally took his place till he learned his father was proud of him for standing on his own. Alex used future medcine to heal Collin's, who would have died otherwise. Collins gave Wes his blessings. During the final battle Collins desparately searched for Wes and helped a few people a long the way. After the Rangrrs were victorious Collins was there to see the team return to the future. He recruited Wes to lead the Silver Guardians. On the grounds that they would protect the city for free and that Eric would beWes' partner.



Alex  was a highly skilled Time Force Officer in the year 3000.  He had the Red Time Force  powers. He used them to capture Ransik. HE proposed to his fellw officer and girlfirend Jen Scoots. The two were to be married. Ransik escaped Time Force custody when he was about to be frozen. Alex tried to bring him back in but was mortally wounded. Alex gave his morpehr to Jen and told her to take her team after Ransik ( who had escaped the past). Before he died he told Jen to take the time ship where the other morpher were located. Paramedics rushed to him. In the past Jen was shocked to see local boy Wes Collins looked just like him. Wes took over Alex' Red Ranger duties ( Only someone with similar DNA could do so). A myserious man in the future began to send a  new zord to help the Rangers in the past. It was the Time Shadow. The mystery man later gave Eric his Mega Battle Mode. Time began to shift adn the mystery man knew he had to stop Frax's Dragontron from Altering the future. The mystery man was Alex, who apraenty survived his duel with Ransik after all.  Alex journeyed back in time and told the TF Rangers he was taken command. He told Ees his father was dieing and that it was his destiney to take his place. Alex rassumed his role as Red Ranger. He was very cold  to the team, even Jen. He was very hard on he team when they failed to destory Dragontron.  When the team was beaten badly again they finally stood up to Alex. Wes showed up and Jen pleaded with Alex to allow him back on the team. Alex relented an d turned the morpher over to Wes. Doomtron was destoryed. Alex used future medicine to heal Mr. Collins. He told Wes that he learned everyone can make their own desiney. Alex apolized for being so hard ont eh team and returned to the future. Hr moniterd things from the future and gave Wes a new cycle. When Circuit was about to tell the Rangers classified information Alex erased it from his memory. Alex told the Rangers thet had to return to the future since they died in orginal history. Wes had to remian in the past. The Rangers refused to leave Wes. Wes tricked them into returning home. Alex welcomed the team back home and prepared them, to have their memories erased ( of their time in 2001). The team refused and decided to return to the past to help Wes, who still died in orginal history. Alex gave them use of the Time Jets to return home. Jen broke off their engagement sine she was in love with Wes.



Captian Logan was in charge of TIme Force. He seemed to outrank Alex. Logan came down hard on Jen's team when they lost Ransik. When they disobeyed orders and joruneyed to the past Logan still agreed to send them Time Jets.  Later it apreared that Alex actually outranked Logan as he took orders from him.


Dr.  Zaskin  was a scientist who worked for Bio Labs. He was in charge of  investigating the sectres of the Quantum Morpher. Ransik had him kidnapped and Lucas was forced to protect his daughter. Zaskin was freed and continued his work. Zaskin witnessed Mr Collins stand up to Ransik. He let Wes know that is father was proud of him.
