Captain
Mitchill
 Captian
Mitchill was
the head of Lightspeed Rescue. He devoted his life to prepearing the
defense for Mariner Bay against evil demons. When these
demons
were released from their tomb Mitchill recruited five canidates too
become the Lightspeed Power Rangers. This included his
daughter,
Dana. She was a gifted paramedic and Lightspeed Officer. He had
prepared
to be a Ranger for eighteen years. MItchill was a very stern
leader yet was also very compassionate. In his younger days he was a
fire fighter. Years earlier he was in a horrible car accident. He was
forced to give his son up to the demon Dolibolico ( Otherwise his son
would have been dead). His son, Ryan returned as the evil
Titanium Ranger. Mitchill was able to show Ryan the truth and
convinced him to jion the Rangers. He wouldn't let Ryan morph when he
found out about the Cobra Curse. Ryan was proud of his son when he left
to find a way to defeat the demons. Carter found out that
Mitchill saved him when he was a boy. Mitchill told Carter to relax
once in a while. Mitchill was put under a spell by
Jinxer.
This almost gave the Demon's access to the Aqua Base. Luckly he was
returned to normal before any serious damage was done. Mitchill was
beside himself when the demons did access the Aqua Base in the final
battle. Dana reminded her father that he still had his family. Michill
escaped the flooding Aqua Base with the team. The Rangers returned
their morphers to Mitchill after the fight was over.
Dr.
Angela Fairweather
 Angela
Fairweather
was a brilliant scientist that created the Lighspeed Powers and
weasons. She also designed the zords. She was very proper yet kind.
Joel didn't know she was the head of the Lightspeed sciene
department and tried to hit on her. She told him off during a zord
batte. Joel soon found out who she really was and heard an earful from
her . Fairweather spent the whole year dealing with
Joel's
pick up lines. She secretly liked him in a way buit played hard to get.
Joel did save her from a volcano once. Clarke was her brother and
helped her design the mega battles. After the demon threat was over
Fairweather went on a date with Joel.
Nancy Nancy was
an
astronaut. Kelesy saved her dog shortly before her flight
was to take off. Dobolico used his powers to disrupt the
flight.
Kelesy came up with a innovative zord manuever to help save
Nancy.
General
Macnight
General
Macnight was Captain Mitchill's supiror officer. He didn't
feel
young men and womanshould be responsible for defending the Earth. So he
commisioned a team of Robo Rangers to be created. When the
malfuntiioned he was forced to reinstate the Lighspeed
Rangers.
He apoligized for being wrong.
Robo
Rangers
General Macnight felt that "Kids" couldn;t be expected to defend the Earth. So he commisioned the ROBO Rangers to be built. They were five robotic Rangers with similar powers to Lighspeed. They were controlled by a remote control. During a battle they malfuntioned. This caused Macnight to reinstate the old team. Earl
Dana was
disstressed
when the
others were agained to gaurd a fuel cell and she was stuck picking up a
friend of her fathers. Earl didn't look like much but ended up beign
the real holder of the fuel cell. Captain Mitchill actually trusted his
daughter with the real thing. Dana got Earl to the aqua base with his
fuel cell.
Brain
Brain was
a young
punk that
wanted to prove he was stronger than Chad. Chad refused to fight Brian.
Brian got Vypra to give him power and forced Chad intoa fight. Brian
refused to kill Chad and wound up in trouble with Vypra. Chad saved him
and the two shared respect for each other. Brain returned to normal.
Brian decided to focus his energy on training youngsters.
Girl With
The Feather
While
getting ready
to leave Mariner Bay, Ryan gave a boy a feather to give to his litle
sister. When Ryan realized the feather was a bomb from the demons he
raced to get the feather away from the girl. He succeeded and the girl
was not harmed. This is when Ryan realized he was truly good and
decided to stay as the Tatanium Ranger.
Simon
Simon
was a genius kid, Joel was friends with. He descovered that a meteor
was going to hit the Earth. Joel didn't beleive him. Simon was able tp
prove it to Fairwether. The Rangers used the Omega Megazord to stop the
metoer. Joel tried to get Simon to get Fairwether to go out
with
him. Instead Simon got Fairweather to come with him to the planatarium.
Chad's
Sensei
Chad's
Sensei came to visit his former student. He was not pleased that
Chad was Ranger. He saw so much porteinal for him as a martial artist.
He took a demon has his student, beleiving he could be good. The demon
double crossed him and the Sensei realized that Chad was indeed working
a noble cause.
Clark
Fairweather
Clark was
an old
friend of Fairweather's. He was brought in to help on a new project.
Joel was jealous around him and tried to hard to prove himself around
Clark. Clark helped Fairweather develop Joel and Clark's Mega Battles.
Joel saved Fairweather and Clark during an attack. Joel later learned
that Clarke and Fairweather were brothers.
Kelesy's Grandmother Kelesy's
Grandmother was a stuck up rich woman. Kelsey needed to borrow
a family hierloom that the demons wanted. When Kelsey lost the hierloom
her grandmother yelled at her. Carter told the woman that she really
had nothing. Kelesy's Granmother felt bad and channeled her old
atheleitc days. She helped save Kelesy when she was in
trouble.
The family hariloom was destoryed but the grandmother was just glad to
have Kelsy safe and sound. The two went on a picnic together after
doing some rollarblading.
Mirana
Mirana was a mermaid Chad fell in love with. Vypra tried to trap the two lovers. Both Rangerd and mermaid knew their romance couldn;t last. Mirana returned to ask Chad to help find her father's stolen triton. Chad was able to get the triton back. Mirana returned to the sea to take her father's place as ruler. King
Neptune
King Neptune was Mirana's father and ruler of the sea. He told his daughter it was time for her to taker his place. The demons took his Triton. Mirana went to Chad to get it back. She ended up leaving to take her father's place once the Triton was recovered. Galaxy Rangers The
Galaxy Rangers arrived from Mirinoi to help battle Trakeena and
TriSkull. They used the Lights Of Orion to power up the Omega
Megazord. This allowed them to defeat Trakeena in her purple
monster form.
Hannah
Hannah was
a little
girl who witnesed her parents being taken by Tri Skull. She ran into
Carter and convinced him something was wrong. She taged along witht he
Galaxy and Lightspeed teams ( as a honery Jr. Ranger) as the fight the
forces of Tri skull and Trakeena. She pulled a fire alarm to create a
diversion for one of the Rangers plans to free the captured people.
When the day was won she got her parents back.
Scorceror of the Sands Ryan
journeyed to
meet the
Sorceror of the Sands on his quest to find away to trap the
demons.
The sorcer tried to trap the demons once again. Dobolico used his
powers to kill the sorcor. Ryan learned of a key to the shadow world
that he needed to get before the demons did.
Koko Casmier Koko
Kasmier was an editor of a famous fasion magazine (Glitz
Magazine). She saw a pictur of Dana in action. She though she
would be perfect for her next Glitz girl. She recruited the Ranger by
promising to give her enough money to attend med school. Dana took the
modeling job and started to develop a big head. She realized what she
was doing and decided to quit to refocus on her Ranger duties. Coco
tried to dissuade her but failed. She tried to recruit Kelesy. Both
girls laughed her off.
