Bulk and Skull went on a quest to  find the idenity of the Power Rangers. Every scheme they tried seemed to blow up in his face. One time they did find out the idenity of the Rangers and even risked his life to save them. Unfortunatly, Zedd's monster wiped their memories of the battle away.  Bulk and Skull discovered Rita's dumpster when it landed on Earth. The two tried to open it. They fainted at the site of Rita. The Rangers sent Rita back in space. The wizard of deciption temporally took control of Bulk and Skull's minds. In a  past or parrallel version ( in the guise of the colonial days ) of Angel Grove had a Bulk and Skull like  figure.. This was either his anscestor or duplicate. Bulk and Skull  had  ancestors in the Wild West time of Angel Grove ( who were fittingly outlaws). Bulk and Skull made their own monster ( with some secret help from Zedd and Rita) in hopes of drawing the Rangers out.  The plan backfired but the Rangers were able to destroy the monster.


Principal Caplien continued to be the Principal of Angel Grove High. He continued to be strict with Bulk and Skull. We got to see a younger version of Caplien when Zedd Turned time back.


Ms apple bee continued to be the Ranger's teacher. She continued to be very nice and respectful. She organized a school book fair. We got to see a younger version of her when Zedd turned time backwards.


Ernie continued to run the Juice Bar. He remained a good friend to the Rangers. He hired Richi to work at the juice bar.


Richie was  a new teen in Angel Grove that got a job working for the Angel Grove Juice Bar. He was attracted to Trini ( who was also attracted to him). Richi was very shy but also had a talent for martial arts. He won a trophy in martial arts once. He became friends with Curtis. After Trini left for the peace conference he wasn't around very much.





Curtis was Zack's cousin. He came to Angel Grove and became fast friends with Richie. Curtis was a lot like Zack. One time he borrowed their uncle's trumpet ( Zack had it as a heirloom). Zedd turned the trumpet into a monster. When the Rangers defeated the monster Curtis got the trumpet back. After Zack went to the peace conference Curtis wasn't around anymore.


The Bookla was an alien that chrashlanded on Earth. Zedd wanted to steal the Bookla, because of his magical powers.  The Rangers used a fake duplicate as a distraction, to help Bookla escape. As Bookla flyed off into the stars he gave the Rangers snow fall as a reward ( it never snows in Angel Grove).
