Scott Truman was the RPM Red Ranger.  He had the power to channel Energy. He pioleted the Eagle Zord. Scott was orginally a piolet on Eagle Squaderon. He served under his brother Marcus. Who was the Eagle Squad Leader. Their father was Colonel Truman.  During the Battle of Corinth , Scott was the only surving member of Eagle Squaderon. He was rescued at the last momment by Summer Landsdown.  Within a year's time Scott was recruited to become the Red Ranger. He was made team leader by Doctor K.  Scott had a distant relationship with the Colonel. The Colonel was all bussiness and Scott felt like he favored Marcus. Scott was special friends with Summer.  He was leary when she wanted to recruit Dillion to be the Black Ranger. But Scott ultimately decides to trust her judgement. Scott didn't get a long with Dillion from the get go. Especially when he took his car. Scott risked his life in the wastelands to find a special engine from Marcus' wreck plane. Colonel Truman showed up to give him back up. Scott figured Marcus would have went on the mission himself if he was alive. The engine allowed Doctor K to activate a new Zord. Scott and Dillion were handcuffed together and forced to work together. Eventually they found away to separate themselves.  Scott led the team as they went into the wasteland to find clues to Dillion's past. Where the team meant Gem and Gemma for the first time.  Scott often disagreed with Colonel Truman's stratagy. The elder Truman wanted to just defend the city. Whereas Scott wanted to take the fight to Venjix on many occastions. When Gem and Gemma jioned the team, Scott tried to get them to calm down and work as a team. Scott was jealous when Gem got a a medal during a battle where they were both the heroes. Scott ventured out into the wasteland ( followed by Gem). Scott and Gem were able to save some refugee from being enslaved by Venjix. General Shifter tried used a gear to temporaly take over Scott's body. Scott was able to regain control of his body and helped the Rangers destory Shifter. When it was revealed that Venjix had infiltrated Corinth City with sleeper Hybrids, the Colonel realized that Scott was right about taking the fight to Venjix. Unforunatly Venjix was able to take over Corinth before they could strike. Scott and his team were able to escape conversion into hybrids and defeated Venjix once and for all. Scott retired as a Ranger. He accepted his father's invitation to lead a new Eagle Squad. Scott recruited Gem and Gemma to jion the squad. 

Flynn was the RPM Blue Ranger. He had the ability to manipulate time.  Flynn grew up in Scotland. Where is father was a mechanic. Flynn became learned to be a mechanic himself. As a child he was a huge comic book fan. This gave him  a strong desire  to make a differance. Flynn tried to help a girl at school that had her lunch stolen. But ended up getting suspended for fighting. His father was more cynical and warned him that no good deed went unpunished. He thought's Flynn's comic books were nonsense.  Once out of School Flynn retained his desire to be a hero. He tried to become a firefighter, policeman, and Peace Corp Member. But politics and his overachiever nature got him fired. Flynn and his father escaped to Corinth City during the Battle of Corinth. Flynn risked his life to save some civilians before the shields went up. His father finally gave him his blessing to be a hero. At some point during the year Flynn was recruited to become the Blue Ranger. When Venjix started to get more powerful it was Flynn that thought that they needed a Black Ranger. Which came in the form of Dillion. Flynn was surprised to learn that Doctor K was really a young woman. Flynn was excited when Summer almost married Chaz, since he thought it would make them rich. Flynn's time manipulation powers started to act up during a fight. Resulting in him being suspended from duty. Flynn couldn't take being on the sidelines. He surprised Doctor K by solving the problem himself. He reversed the plarity of his morpher to adjust things. Flynn became friends with Gemma when she jioned the team. She helped him create a new Zord after a failed project.  After Venjix was defeated Flynn retired as Blue Ranger.   

Summer  was the RPM Yellow Ranger. She had the power to shoot out energy blasts. She was orginally a spoiled member of the Landsdown Family. Even with all her money and prestige all she really wanted was her parents. During her 16th Birthday a Venjix attacked forced her to flee with her friends. Her friends left her to die when an Army van could only fit so many. Summer's Butler showed up to rescue her. Summer began to doubt herself and felt like something was missing. Her butler told her that he stuck around because he knew their was something special about her. He was just waiting for her to show it. The Butler died during a Grinder attack. Summer was able to make it to Corinth in time. She risked her life to save Scott Truman. It was at thsi point that summer shed her rich heritage to make her own destiney. She was selected to become the Yellow Ranger.  Summer became interested in the mysterious Dillion. She felt that he was a good choice to become the Series Black Operator. She told Dillion that she wasn't interested in where he had been but where he was going. Summer was able to convince Scott to give Dillion a chance. Summer showed Dillion the many civlians that they needed to protect. Which convinced Dillion to become the Black Ranger.  Summer became annoyed when her parents came for a visit. They promised her they'd leave her alone for a year but her time was up. They wanted her to marry Chaz  in a prearranged marriage. But Summer refused not wanting to go back to her old life. When it became aparent that Venjix was after the Landsdown Diamond...Summer was forced by her parents to Marry Chaz for possession of the diamond. It turns out that the Landsdown fortune was gone and her parents needed Summer to marry into money.  As Summer reluctantly prepared for the marriage ceremoney she realized something was off. She knew Tenaya 7 had  crashed the ceremony. Summer had Doctor K pretend to ber her so she could get the jump on Tenaya. The Landsdown's were proud of their daughter's  fighting ability. The diamond still  ecnded up in the hands of Venjix's forces. The Rangers were able to defeat the monster that it charged.  Summer' s parents were inspired to get jobs of their own like Summer. They  no longer wanted her to go through with the wedding and told Chaz's family off.  Summer became conflicted between the bad boy Dillion and her good friend Scott. She began to drift mroe towards Dillion romantically.  She was there for Dillion when he found out that he had a sister.  After Venjix's was defeated Summer  went with Dillion and Tenaya to explore the wasteland. Where they discovered that the world was healing itself post Venjix.

Dillion was the  RPM Black Ranger. He had the power to use an invincible shield. Dillion was orginally just a wonderer in the Wasteland. He had only his car and a desire to save someone that he felt he lost. But he had no memory of his prior life or his real name. He had only a compass to guide him. Dillion started to  run out of gas and went  and went in search of Corinth City. Ziggy tried to hijack his car but was outsmarted by Dillion. Still Ziggy talked him into taking him on as a passanger , since he was from Corinth City . Despite Ziggy's warnings, Dillion went through Venjix's barricade. He was able to make it into Corinth. Dillion was surprised to see the Power Rangers , since he had no knowledge of their existance.  Dillion saved Summer from a cannon blast. But was aressted by Corinth soldiers when it was discovered he had Venjix Tech. Colonel Truman learned that his implants gave him enhanced strength and agility. But Dillion claimed to have no knowledge of who he was. Summer became interested in Dillion as a possible Series Black Operator. Dillion orginally turned the Rangers down.  Dillion saved Ziggy from some criminals in jail,. using his enhenced strength. He claimed to be doing it for selfish reasons but deep down was becoming friends with Ziggy. Dillion was tied up by the Corinth officials.  He was more receptive of the Rangers second offer but still was reluctant. He was able to pass all the tests that were required of him. Summer showed him the many civlians of Corinth. Dillion decided to jion the team as long as Ziggy was released and allowed to work with the team.  Dillion morphed into Black Ranger and became bonded with the powers.  Dillion had a nightmare which prompted him to try to leave the city. Ziggy was able to convince him to stay and help the Rangers.  Dillion protected Ziggy when he was on the run with the Green Morpher. It was Dillion that was the one that broke the news to the team that Ziggy had become Green Ranger for good.  Dillion was drustrated with Doctor K's refusal to call the Rangers by their first names and that he was hiding himself behind a computer terminal. Which prompted K to come out of hiding and reveal that "he" was really just a young woman.  Dillion was very quick to point out that the Rangers were people and should be treated as such. Dillion had a reoccuring nightmare about losing someone close to him at Venjix's lair.  In his dream, Sat Bot erased his memories. Dillion confronted Sat Bot in the present and discovered that he was a Venjix experiment known as subject D37.. Sat Bot still had his memories but Dillion was ultimately forced to help the Ranegrs destory him. Doctor K descoverded that Sat Bot activated the Venjix Virus from Dillion that would eventually take him over entirely. Tenaya implanted Dillion with something that sped up the procces and took control of Dillion. The Rangers were able to take him out. K was able to slow down the virus to where it was before. But it was inevitable that Dillon would lose control eventually. Dillion began to remember living in Omega CIty.  Which prompted the Rangers to go in search of it. Where they made contact with Gem and Gemma for the first time. Dillion soon realized that the Omeega City  memories were just a fake. A trap by Venjix himself.  The Rangers were able to excape back to Corinth City. Dillion soon realized that he had a sister. Gem and Gemma roomed with her when they were prisioners of Venjix. Dillion tracked her back to her cell. But she was not among the captured Civlians that they rescued. He did find her locket.  Over time Dillion realzied that Tenaya 7 was actuallhy his sister. He remembered them trying to escape Venjix's lair. But they were ambushed. He wasn't able to save her from Venjix's Chamber ( where she was made into a cyborg).  Tenaya refused to believe this at first. She even tried to kill Dillion. But when Dillion saved her from a fall she remembered Dillion trying to save her from Venjix. She agreed to work with the Rangers to take Venjix down. Kilobyte captured her for her betrayal. Venjix  had her reprogramed and upgraded into Tenaya 15.  Now with no capability of human emotion. Dillion tried to get through to her but she had a one track mind. When Venjix activated his hybrids in Corinth City , Dillion started to fall prey to the Venjix Virus.  He was able to maintain enough control to get to K's untested anitdote. Which freed him from the effects of the virus. Dillion saved the others rangers from being converted into hybrids. He was able to get the anitidote to his sister. But he was critically wounded in doing so. Dillion was able to survive his injuries. He went to Tenaya's rescue when she was stuck in the falling Command   Center of Corinth City ( while doing undercover work for the Rangers). They escaped with a parachute, With Venjix defeated Dillion retired as a Ranger. He went off with Summer and Tenaya into the wasteland. Where they descovered that the world was starting to rebuild itself. 

Ziggy Grover was the RPM Green Ranger.  He had the power of teleportation.  Ziggy was orginally a member of Fresno Bob's cartel. He worked as a rackateer for local bussiness. He was too nice for the job however. Instead of putting pressure for an orphange he entertained the kids. Who came to be sick with gemma sickness. Ziggy was hired by Fresno Bob to drive a truck. Something that all the other cartells invested in.  Ziggy decoverd that the truck contained medical supplies. Ziggy decided to steal them for the oprhange. But he took the heat for it to protect them. Ziggy's partner smuggled him out of Corinth. After being stuck in the wilderness he tried to hijack's Dillion's car.  Dillion outsmarted him and took control of the situation. Ziggy told Dillion that he could help him get to Corinth. Dillion was annoyured by Ziggy's annoying nature. He ignored his advice to aviod Venjix's barricade. This horrified Ziggy. But he was releived to see them make it to Corinth in one piece.  Ziggy was arrested when Dillion was descovered to have Venjix Tech. Ziggy displayed his ability to do sock puppets to Dillion.  When Dillion was recruited to be the Series  Black Operator, he insisted that Ziggy be free. Ziggy annoyed Doctor K tremendously.  Ziggy convinced Dillion to stick when the team when he tried to leave the city. Ziggy tried to have a talent contest to find a new Green Ranger. Fresno Bob's and his men were after Ziggy for something he did to them. A new girl was able to save Ziggy. Ziggy thought she would be perfect as the new Green Ranger. But she proved to be Venjix's new Tenaya 7 attack bot.  Ziggy was forced to protect the morpher from her. To do this he morphed into Green Ranger. Since the morphers were DNA locked, this made Ziggy the Green Ranger for good.  The Rangers were not too happy about this. Ziggy was surprised that Doctor K turned out to be a  young woman.  She made it clear that she didn't like Ziggy and didn't think he should be a Ranger. Ziggy started training with his new teleportation power. He accidently teleported into a bank.  He was arrested robbery. Ziggy wouldn't tell Truman why he owed money to Fresno Bob. K stripped him of his Ranger powers.  Fresno Bob had him kidnapped. Ziggy's old partner confronted Doctor K. Ziggy came to Corinth with Fresno Bob's men and went to work as an extorter. But he was too nice. He made friends wiith kids at an orphanage. The kids ended up getting sick. Ziggy was given a job of smuggling a truck full of expensive medical supplies that all the cartels invested in. Ziggy took the supplies for the orpans instead. His partner then smuggled him out of Corinth.  He couldn't tell anyone about this, since Fresno would go after the Orphans. K used her new experimental Ray to save Ziggy. She gave him back his Ranger  Powers.   Ziggy used his teleportation power to help bust some Criminals with Scott.  Ziggy was leery of trusting Tenaya 7 at first. When she proved herself Ziggy thought that she was hot. Dillion played the protective brother. Tenaya 15 turned Ziggy into Fresno Bob. But double crossed him. Ziggy escaped with his morpher and saved Fresno. The mob boss decided that he was now even with Ziggy.  K went with Ziggy outside.  When Kilobyte attacked, Ziggy was forced to teleport away. They both ended up in a cave. Ziggy demorphed before K could warn him. Without someone able to access K's computer Ziggy's morpher couldn't be recharged. K told Ziggy that she went out with him since it was her birthday. Ziggy entertained her with sock puppets. They both passed out due to lack of air. Summer descovered that K's password was Ziggy.  Gem and Gemma were able to recharge Ziggy's morpher. Ziggy teleported K and himself to the lab. K's secret was kept safe. Ziggy defended K when Venjix invaded the lab. He was taken prisioner with her. He was able to K and himself free of their handcuffs. Ziggy gave Dillion the anti-dote to free Tenaya 7. Ziggy protected K during the final battle. After Venjix was defeated, Ziggy planned to open a school with K.
