Emperor Gruumm

Emperor Gruumm  was the leader of the Troobian Empire. He wanted to conquer the universe. The site of his desired conquest was earth. He had an old rivalry with Commander Cruger Grumm gained access to the solar system with a device Piggy obtained for him. Gruumm was constantly annoyed by Mora, his child like henchman. But he needed her to make monsters.  He hired a mercenary named Broodwing to supply robots and foot soldiers.  Gruumm would often recruit other dangerous Criminals. And was annoyed with all the money he had to pay Broodwing.   Gruumm decided to take matters into his own hands and journeyed to Earth to oversee his next plan ( taking a human form). He sent one of his old Generals after the Rangers. This general lead the attack that destoryed Cruger's homeworld ( and was indirectly responsble for the loss of his wife, under the Troobian flag).  B Squad found out Gruumm's forces dicimated Cruger's civilization, leaving him the only one left of his people. Gruumm's general was defeated by Cruger  Gruumm continued to grow frustrated with Mora's lack of progress, he began to want an adult General around. After repeatly threatening to turn Mora back into her old form, Gruumm did so. Mora's true form as the adult  Morgana was revealed. Gruumm saw to it that an ancient alien Samuria found his way to future Earth. This was just a diverson to lure SPD to Japan, allowing Gruumm to steal a precious metal from New Tech City. Gruumm would continue to steal resources for some unknown purpose. When Birdy relieved Cruger of his command, Gruumm challenged his rival on board his new motorcycle. Birdy came to fight him instead and was badly beaten. Cruger came to the challenge on his new ATV . He saved Birdy and defeated Gruumm. Gruumm was annoyed by all the money had had been paying Broodwing and started to demand that the mercenary give him robots for free. This placed a rift between the former bussiness associates. Gruumm forced Piggy to choose a side. Piggy chose his side ( yet continued to play everyone anyway.) Piggy did give Gruumm Swat Technology. Gruumm would again battle the Rangers and Cruger with an army of his best robotic foot soldiers. But this time the team was aided by the DT Rangers. Gruumm again failed to destory the Rangers. Gruumm began building something mysteriously.  By  this point. Gruumm knew Broodwing betrayed him. He was adament that he destoryed B Squad first, especialy Cruger. Gruumm  often refered to a magificance. Gruumm had Morgana steal the final piece to a puzzle and restored her to Mora. He than tried to journy back in time to take over Earth in 2004. B Squad teamed up with the DinoThunder Rangers in the past to thwart the plan. Gruumm forced Mora inyo a private room. The magnificance ( Omni) made her loyal to the cause. A Squad was revealed to be on Gruumm's side and brought Cruger to him. Cruger found out the Gruumm had Insinia all along. He wanted revenge for Cruger cutting off one of his horns ( during the battle on Serius). Omni demanded that Gruumm, put his revenge aside till his plan was completed. Piggy set the B Squad up so they could be captured. Omni took control of Grumm's ship and turned it into his body. Cruger and the Rangers escaped their imprisionment with Piggy's help. Cruger saved Insinia during a fight with Gruumm. Gruumm let himself fall down a shaft rather than be arrested. When Omni was defeated Gruumm was revealed to have survived. Cruger took him down and cut off his other horn. He than encased Gruumm in a datacard.

 
Broodwing

Broodwing was a  mercanery Gruumm  hired. He sold robots foot solders, and  weaponery to Gruumm . He really couldn't be trusted. Broodwing loved his money and would do anything for it. Broodwing liked to patronize Mora at first. Broodwing was a lose cannon and had no loyalty to anyone. He took a side job to protect a alien bank theif. His plans were foiled by Bridge and the Rangers.  Gruumm was not happy with Broodwing's recklessness. Broodwing asked for more money.  Broodwing once convinced Dru to leave SPD and work for him as kind of a Bounty Hunter. He sent Dru to kill Doggie Cruger. Cruger survived and Dru failed. Broodwing continued to serve under Gruumm. Broodwing helped Dr. Sinkua escape his prison, orbiting KO 35. Broodwing helped Kitana against the Rangers and lied to him, that the Rangers were evil. This plan was thwarted Broodwing continued to  assist Gruumm with his supplies. Gruumm started to expect Broodwing to provide his robots for free. Broodwing grew angry and started to plot against Gruumm. Piggy gave him Swat technology. Broodwing began to ally himself with criminals as part of his many plans to defeat SPD and undermine Gruumm. Broodwing allied himself with Professor Ceberos when he unleashed his Dragouls. Broodwing took the Dino Gems from Onyx and used them to summon Conner, Kira, and Ethan from the past. He planned to make them his allies. But they refused and escaped with their gems.  Broodwing's first Dragoul was defeated by B Squad. Cerebros  was really an imposter, a dangerous criminail named Kraw. The Rangers captured Kraw and destoryed Broodwing's second Dragul ( also ending a plan that Broodwing and Kraw had to use a metoer to impact New Tech City) .  By this time Gruumm knew Broodwing was a traitor. Broodwing allied with Delex. He had Delex turn  innocent civilians into batteries , for his master plan. The Rangers defeated Delex and freed the innocent people he captured. Broodwing led an assualt on Deltabase while the Rangers faced A Squad. He had an army of Krybots and Orangeheads, as well as three generals. Broodwing managed to take the base and activated the Delta Command Megazord, in a plot to use it to conquer New Tech City. Kat was able to cut power to the Megazord and B Squad expelled Broodwing from the cockpit. Broodwing's generals were defeated and Broodwing himself was defeated by the Canine Cannon. Broodwing was finally captured by SPD.

Mora/Morgana

Mora was a child like henchman. She was very spioled and gets on Gruumm's Nevers. Mora had the power to draw monsters for Gruumm's army. Gruumm came down hard on Mora when she had her tantrums. Mora took advantage of a lonley boy Sam. She promised to be his friend if he would use his mutant power to teleport things  to her her monster.  She had the monster (Bugglesworth) turn people into dolls. Sam soon smartened up and helped Z foil Mora's doll plan. Gruumm became frusteated at Mora's lack of results and threatened to change her back into her previous forum. When Mora failed to find a general that suited Gruumm she was changed into the adult Morgana ( which was her true form). Morgana did not like being Morgana. She knew she needed to please Gruumm, so he could changer her back. She recruited a criminal that had the ability to trap people in demensions. The Rangers were able to defeat the criminal. Morgana trained hard and had a powerful suit of armor. She enlisted the help of two dangerous criminals. Devesation and Shorty ). In hopes of defeating the Rangers. The arrival of the Omega Ranger led to the defeat of Morgana's plans.  Gruumm demanded that  Morgana come up with a way to get rid of the Omega Ranger. Gruumm promised to turn Morgana back into Mora if she did well. Doggie Cruger knew Morgana from his earlier experiacnes. He said she was dangeorus and had the mind of a ten year old.  Morgana delivered a special gift from Gruum thatmade the Slate criminal split into several different forms he possessed. Thee Rangers were able to capture Slate anyway. Morgana still could draw monsters, but only did so on occastion. Morgana gave a strugglling magician a magic wand. She later used Mysticon to try to capture a science professor for Gruuumm. This plot was foiled by the Rangers. Morgana was curous to what Gruumm was keepng in his secet room. Gruumm sent her after some bio technolgy and promised to give her whatever she wanted if she succeeded. Morgana retrieved the technology and as a reward was turned back into Mora. She drew up some monsters for Gruumm to attack the DT and SPD Rangers into 2004. Later she saw the magnifiance and ran away screaming. Gruumm captured her and made her go back into the room. The magnifiance made her his servant. Cruger captured Mora while on Gruumm's ship.

Piggy was an alien snitch that Z introduced to the SPD team. He was a free agent and worked for anyone that suited him. He gave Gruumm the device he needed to enter the galaxy. He sold an Alien a formula that allowed him the ability to turn people into goo. Piggy crashed the stakeout of Syd and Jack. He even took Jack's pizza. Jack later coaxed information out of Piggy by inviting him to Syd's surprise party.  Piggy later opened his own Resturant , dedicated to Aliens.  This enterprise made him a lot of Money. Piggy gots annoyed when the Rangers come to his Resturant ( since his customers were scared of them).  After awhile Gruumm grew tired of Piggy's lack of full loyalty. He placed him in an awful pit and made him choose a side. Piggy chose to follow Gruumm. Gruumm put pressure on PIggy to come up with a plan to defeat SPD. Piggy had two friends of his steal Swat technology. They refused to give it to him. Piggy ended up given Swat Technology to both Gruumm and Broodwing. Allying himself with both men while pretending to be the Ranger's ally as well. Piggy set B Squad up and allowed for Gruumm to capture them. Piggy felt bad about his betrayal and helped the Rangers escape. He ended up going into bussiness with Jack (and Jack's new girlfriend). Piggy wanted to help them destribute clothes.

A Squad was an elite Squaderon of SPD Cadets that were above B Squad. They were great Power Rangers that protected Earth. Sky, Bridge, and Syd looked up to them. A Squad was sent to the Helix Nebula to fight Gruumm's forces. Contact was lost with them and they were feared dead. B Squad became Earth's only defense force.  Months later, B Squad rescued A Squad from a crashed spaceship. A Squad Red was a female named Charlie. A Squad returned to SPD headquarters for debriefing. They quickly turned on Cruger and captured him. They brought him to Gruumm, revealing that the switched sides to be on the winning team. Gruuumm sent A Squad after B Squad. A Squad though nothing of B Squad and had a major advantaged due to their surpiorior training. B Squad was able to use Swat Mode to even the score. A Squad used a menacing Zord to destory the Delta Squad Megazord. B Squad used the Swat Megaord to destory A Squad's zord. A Squad was captured by B Squad.

Krybots wre the soldiers of the Troobian forces. They were lethal robots that coult do great damage. None the less, the Rangers always defeated them. Krybots usually traveled in large numbers. Broodwing sold them to Gruumm and later used his own when he worked independently.

Orange Heads wre robots more sophisticated and deadly than the krybots. They aqe  sent out by Broodwing. These Orange Robots are awesome figthers that challenged the Rangers greatly. Broodwing sold them to Gruumm and later used his own when he worked independently.

Praxis was a criminal brought to life by one of Mora's drawings. He was the first Criminal the B Squad Rangers faced, from Gruumm. Praxis pioleted one of Broodwing's giant robots.  B squad used their Rescue Runner's to take the robot down. They were able to capture Praxis into a datacard.

During a bank robbery the Rangers discovered T-Top causing a destubance. When he wouldn't cooperate, the Rangers naturally assumed that he was the criminal responsible. Bridge hoeever wasn't convinced. The Ranegrs met an innocent bystander who claimed to see T-Top rob the bank . The Rangers were finally able to capture T-Top. Bridge was able to deduec that this innocent bystander was really an alien criminal and the one robbing backs. T-Top was really a bounty hunter trying to aprehend her. The Rangers captured the criminal. SPD let T-Top take his charge, but banned him from Earth, due to all the destruction he caused.

Hydrax was a criminal from the planet Fernova.  She disguised herself as a human and robbed a bank. She tried to frame a bounty hunter that was after her. She appeared to B-Squad as an innocent Bystander named Diana. She claimed to see T-Top ( the bounty hunter) rob the bank.  Hydrax secretly payed Broodwing off to help her frame her enemy. Bridge became a nusiance to Hydrax and questioned her ona  few things. Bridge's suspecions ended up beign correct, when the Rangers found out who Diana really was. B Squad captured Hydrax and sent her off with the T-Top.

Ringbah was sent after the Rangers in a giant robot. He was forced to retreat when hs riobot didn't have the aproipate power supply. Mora concinced Gruumm to spare him from destruction, since it wasn't his fault for noth aving the proper power supply. Ringbah was sent after the Rangers again. Sky was supposed to gaurd some powerful daimonfs Gruumm wanted. But instead he jioned the others to fight Ringbah. With Sky's help the Rangers catpured the criminal. But Gruumm wound up with the daimonds, and which could be used to power his robots.

Rhinix bought a potion from Piggy that gave him the power to turn people into goo ( thus a source of energy). Rhinix was recruited by Gruumm to defeat the Rangers. Syd was able to use RIC to  find where Rhinix was keeping his goo. The Rangers used the canine cannon to capture Rhinix and free his victims.

Bugglesworth was an alien creation made from Mora's Drawings. He had the power to turn people into dolls. He was aided by the misguided Sam. Sam later  turned on Bugglesworth and destoryed the staff he used to turn people into dolls. The Rangers captured Bugglesworth and every doll he made turned back to its orginal human form.

Dru was an SPD Officer. He had a human form and an alien form ( that was typical of his people). Dru arrived on Earth after being  missing in action for some time. He was reunited with Sky. Sky and Dru had been best friends till Dru was reassigned to another planet to finish his training. Dru gave Sky a friendship bracelet that was customary of his people. Dru ended up being a hired gun to kill Cruger for Broodwing ( at the request of Emporeor Gruumm).  Dru told Sky how Broodwing showed him the "true way." Dru felt money and power was more important than duty and honor. Drew had wounded  Cruger but failed to kill him. Sky was forced to arrest his old friend.

Sinuka

Dr Sinuka  was a brillant  scientist that was also currupt. He was jailed at a prison orbitiing KO 35. Gruumm's forces helped Sinuka  escape. Sinuka had developed a weapon with his old partner.  He needed to meet with her to gain access to it. Jack and Syd were charged wioth staking  Dr. Reyes( his partner) out.  She didn't agree with Sinuka's currupt ideas. The Rangers were able to bring Sinuka back into custody.

Slalte was a alien criminal that had the power to shape shift into different forms. To do this he needed the person's dna. rrodwing sold him cpies of dna that balongs to seveal coriminals captured by the Rangers. Slate took various forms of thiese criminals and challenged the Rangers. When the team had him beat Morgna used a special pwoer to split all of Slate's forms itno and army of criminals. Jack used his battlizer to defeat the army and capture slate in his true form.

Mirloc was a dangerous criminal that had the power to escape through relections and could trap people in them. He was being held in a prision. Cruger sent Sky to get needed information about a  bunch of old criminals showing up to fight B Squad Mirloc helped idenify Slate as the real culprit in exchange for Sky's help. When Sky returned to pay his debt, Mirloc asked for his sad memory. Sky told him about how his dad was a Ranger killed in action. When Sky started to cry Mirloc used the tear to escape. Sky later found out that Mirloc had killed his fahter many years piror. Mirloc made a deal with Gruum to capture Omea and B Squad. He managed to capture them all except for Omega. Omega was able to free his firends. Jack let Jack use his morpher and the battlizer to capture Mirloc. Mirloc was sent to a planet with no sunlight.

Stench was one of Piggies Friends, who helped to break into SPD headqaurters. He took the Swat technology and used them to give himself powerful armor with his partner, Thraser.  He refused to give the armor up to Piggy. Stench was not the brains of the operation and was very bashful. The Rangers used hteir swat mode to capture Stench.

Thraser came up with the plan to help Piggy gain access to SPD Heaquaters. He sent Strnch in, who stoled the Swat protoype. Stench saved Thraser from an SPD arrest . Thraser recieved his Swat Armor and refused to give it to Piggy. He and Stench captured Shadow  and Omega Ranger. B Squad came to the rescue with their swat Armor. They captured Thrasher.

Gineka was one of three criminals  that Broodiwng sold powerful robots too. Broodwing demanded that he and his friends help him fight the Rangers. Gineka led  his friends into battle but B Suawd was able to defeat them with the new Swat Megazord.

Delapoo was one of three criminals  that Broodwing sold powerful robots to. Broodwing demanded that he and his firends help him fight the Rangers. Delapoo went with  his friends into battle but B Suawd was able to defeat them with the  new Swat Megazord.

Chiaggo was one of three criminals  that Broodiwng sold powerful robots too. Brodwing demanded that he and his friends help him fight the Rangers. Chiaggo lwent with  his friends into battle but B Swuad was able to defeat them with the  new Swat megazord.

Morgana created a formless monster that was like a Blob ( created to overwhelm the Rangers). It pioleted a robot but B Squad was able to quikly capture it.

One-Eye was another monster Morgana made to help Gruumm overwork the Rangers. He was quickly captured by B Squad.

Morgana created silverhead to help overwhelm the rangers. The Rangers were still able to capture this criminal.

Mooney was a a member of Kat's graduating class st the Science Acadamy. He finished last in the class and was jealous that Kat finished first. He went on to become a criminal. He worked wth Broodwing to help defeat SPD. Mooney developed a new robot and a powerful  power source  . He also scanned the Ranger's zords to help his new robot know their weakanesses. Kat ( morphing into Kat Ranger for the first time) helped to foil her old peer's plan and brought him  to justice.

Bork was a dangerous criminal that SPD B Sqaud was in serach of . He had the ability to vaporzie his opponents. He was a skilled martial artist. Bork kidnapped Bridge and held him in a dark cell. Jack rescued Bridge and B Suqaud was able to capture Bork for his crimes.

Herock was a criminal hired by Gruunm who was supposed to capture Bork. Bork defeated the criminal and his army of Krybots by vaporizing them.

Professor Ceberos ran an observatory and secretly helped Brrowding in  his plans. He helped by redirecing a metoer to impact earth. When the Ranger's discovered his invovlement Ceberos revealed himself to be Kraa. A dangerous convcit who took the real Ceberos' place. The Rangers captured him and were able to divert the metoer.

When Broodwing teamed up with Kraw  he sent out a series of dangerous robots called Dragouls. There were two separate Dragouls. Both wer destoryed by B Squad and their zords.

Ichitor was a powerful swordman and former SPD cadet on Serius. He was cruger rival due to his effections for Isinia ( Cruger's future wife) When he knew he couldn't have her, he tried to prove himself by trying to injure Cruger during a sparring sesstion. Ichitor was expelled from the Acadamy. Years later he returned to get revenge. He badly injured Sky, Sys, and Bridge and took their SPD Badges. He did the same to Omega and was forced to fight Cruger. Cruger bested him but Ichitor gained the advantage by reminding him of his wife. Ichitor  wounded Cruger and took his badge. The Rangers were able to to recover in time to help Jack and Z fight off  Broodwings' forces ( who allied with Ichitor). Cruger captured Ichitor for his crimes.

Broodwing sent a crimnal named Delex to turn people into energy batteries. Delex could  shoot out electricity. The Rangers had a tough time against him till Jack jioned them. In Swat mode B Squad and the  Omega Rangers was able to gain the advantage. They used the Swat Megazord to capture the criminal and release all of his victims. 

B Squad were sent to another planet to answer an SPD Distress Call. They meant a mysterious monster and an army of krybots  (with  Orange heads) that were guarding a crashed ship. Jack was able to arriest this criminal and the rest of his forces were defeated by B Squad. B Sqaud discovered that A Squad was in the ship.

Broodwing led an assault on Deltabase with three general. With there help he was able to take over the base. B Squad kicked Broodwing and his generals out of the base. The Rangers defeated the three generals.

Gruum spent most of his quest to conquer Earth talking to himself. He was really talking to a higher power he deemed " The Magnificances." Much later it was revealed that Gruumm was building something in a secret room. This ended up being his magnificance, Omni. Omni wa able to run Mora into his willing servant. Gruumm's ship morphed into Omni's full body. With Cruger's help B Squad was able to find Omni's weakness. Omni was destoryed.
