Dr.  Kat Manx

Kat is also a alien being. She looks cat like. Kat is the Rangers tech specialists.  She had a big role in B Squads early trianing.  Mans skills have proved useful in the Rangers missions. She constructed new bikes for Jack and Bridge to use in battle.  Manx tried to solve the mystery behind  Mora's Monster turnign people into dolls. She warned the Rangers that they situation had to be reversed or the people would be stuck  like that. The Rangers were able to save the Dolls. The Rangers learned that Manx was really well into her hundreds. She had lead  the Rangers parents in the the early development of the team's powers. This led to the Rangers being born with Mutant powers. Manx wasn't effected by the experiments since she was an alien.  Manx seemed to be a close friend of Cruger and knew why he was acting cranky suddenly. She convinced him to tell the Rangers the story of his planet's demise. When a dangerous Troobian general from Cruger's past returned, Kat tried to give Cruger a new morpher. He got mad and told her to leave him. Kat wa captured by the Toobian General. Cruger used his morpher to become the Shadow Ranger. He saved Kat and thanked her for allowing him to realize who he truly was.  Kat continued to serve the SPD team. She constructed several new megazords and power up for the team. Kat recongfigured the base to form the Delta Command Megazord on command ( as part of her defense system for the base) Kat was able to  help the Omega Max Cycle combine with the  Detla Squad Megazord to form the Delta Max Megazord. She designed Jack's battlizer and the ranger's swat modes. She also designed the Swat  Zords. Kat stood by Cruger when he got releived of Duty by Bridy. But she tried to follow Birdy's orders in order to maintain the chain of command. She was happy when Cruger was reinstated. Kat vowed to help the Omega Ranger get back to his own time.  Kat thought it was wrrong not to tell Sky that Mirloc killed his dad. Yet she  followed Curger's orders to with hold the information.  Kat was offered a postion with by Bridy to work with him at high command. Kat reluctantly accepted the new position. She was distressed to learn that it involved less hands on work. Kat found out one of her old classmates had  sent out a deadly robot to defeat SPD. Kat convinced Birdy to let her return to Earth in order to  help her friends. He gave her a temporaly morpher that gave her one hour of power. Kat confronted her old classmate and morphed into Kat Ranger, to help fight off some krybots. She was able to disable an exploding power chips in her enimies robot. Kat brought her former school mate under arrest. She decided to stay with Earth's SPD after all.  Kat took command of Deltabase when Cruger and B Squad were captured. She led an assualt on Gruumm's round forces with Boom, Omega, and the rest of the SPD Cadets. Kat returned to Deltabase to halpe Cruger and B Squad find Omni's weakness. Thus making her instrumental in the defeat of Omni.

Boom

Boom job at SPD is to test Kat's latest devices He is sort of a bungler but means well. He was orginally a Cadet at the acadamy . he dreamed of being a Ranger. Unfortunatly he unluckly fluncked out. Cruegar kept him on in his current job. He respects the Rangers greatly. Boom helped Bridge repair RIC and updrage him into RIC 2.0. Boom helped Manx anaylize the humans turn dolls. Boom tried to hug Manx when the situation was resolved but was rejected.  Boom has to fill in for Kat when she went missing. Cruger told him to anyalize some spikes implanted by a robot. Boom found out important information about the spikes, despite his nervousness.  Boom became distressed when his parent's came to visit him. He had lied to them, that he was A Squad Commander and the Orange Ranger.  The Rangers helped Boom keep up the Sherade. But boom was forced to don a fake Ranger custom and assist the team in battle. He almost caused the team to lose Jack and Sky forever ( they were in another demension). Boom resigned from SPD and told his parent's the truth. Boom however edned up testing a device to save Jack and Sky, even deleting the demension before the monster could escape. Boom's resignation was rejected by Cruger.  Boom told his parents about his real job with SPD. They were proud of him. Boom made  special radio that accidently recieved a message from the future. The message told of SPD's future fall. Luckly, Omega Ranger came back in time to change that dark future. Boom took  Kat's place when she was promoted to high command. He had a lot of toruble and was happy when she decided to come back. During the final Battle with Guumm Boom made a ninspiring speech to convicne the SPD cadets to fight on. Boom helped these ground forces  along with Kat and Omega Ranger.

Like the SPD Ranger's, Sam's parents were invovled with SPD's early research. Due to these experiments Sam was born with a mutant power. He could cause hims to disapear and reapear elsewhere. Sam felt a lone and didn't have any friends. Mora tried to use him to carry out her plans, pretending to be his firend. Z was able to get through to him and make Sam realize she was his friend . Sam decided to only use his powers for good.

Sophie

Supreme Commander Fowler Birdy  was the Supereme Commander of SPD. On a visit to Earth's SPD Headquaters, Birdy came to  observe things. He disagreed with Cruger's stratagies of using the Rangers as a team. He thought they should be split up. Cruger refused to put his team at risk and was relieved from duty. Birdy took  command and implemented his stratagy of using the Rangers separately. Birdy was frustated when Jack, Sky, and Bridge lost to Gruumm, in a fight. Birdy challenged Gruumm himself and was no match for him. Cruger saved Birdy and sent Gruumm retreating. Birdy relaized Cruger was the right man for the job and put him back in charge. He than  left Earth to return to his base. Birdy offered Kat a higher postion at SPD's High Command. Kat took the job but had to return to Earth soon after, to help B Squad. Birdy not only let her go, but gave her a temporary morpher. Kat decided to stay with Earth's SPD base. Birdy helped during the final battle with Gruumm and Omni,

Silverback

Isinia

Isinia was Cruger's wife. She was a member of the SPD Acadamy with Cruger. (on the planet of Sirius). She urged Cruger to never strike in anger. When Gruumm invaded Sirius Isinia was persumed dead.  Gruumm thought General Benagg was responsible or her death but he was not charged Guilty of it by the Shadow Morpher. Later when Cruger faced Ichitor, he had futher reason to beleive that his wife was still alive. Isinia ended up being a prisioner on Gruumm's ship. Cruger rescued her and the two escaped Omni's distruction with no harm.

Ally

Nova Ranger

Nova Ranger was a friend from Omega's future. She arrived to help Sam fight of Gruumm's ground forces, during the final battle. She returned to the future with Sam.
