Time
Force Facts
1.
Power
Rangers
Time Force
adapted its footage from Time Ranger. It was one of the first pr
seasons to almost directly translate the storyline of the sentai. At
least in terms of its scope.
2. Before
Time Force aired rumors
about Alex were already swirling. Rumors said that Alex would
aparently
die in the first epsiode and would come back in episode ten as
the Quantum Ranger. Those rumors were squashed when it was revealed
that Daniel Southworth had been brought in to play the Eric
character ( a character very similar to quantum's sentai counterpart). 3. Ransik was a completly American made pr villian, which is not uncommon in PR. Gluto's counterpart is actually the main villan of Timeranger. Most of the Ransik/Frax rivalry was taking from the Gluto/Frax counterparts sentai storyline. 4. Supposedly their is footage from the shoot of the Time Force fianlies ( End of Time) that had Eric die much like his sentai counterpart. Of course this was later scrapped. 5. A lot of TF footage was edited after 9/11 in an atttempt to not desturb childeren. These re-edits appeared on ABC familty reruns of the season. 6. Their is a rumor that Trazchar requested that TF go 57 episodes, but was denied. TF was the frst pr season to be strictly weekly and air for 40 plus weeks striaght. Originally TF was supposed to run for 52 weeks. 7. Wild Force Story Editor Amit Bhaumik claims that the Alex character was promoted to head of all of Time Force after the TF Rangers returned home. 8. Time Force marked the end of Judd Lynn's run on the Power Rangers production staff. Fellow Story Editor Jackie Mericand also left. She would return to the role in Ninja Storm.
