Lightspeed Rescue Facts

1. Lightspeed Rescue brought Power Rangers back down to Earth and featured footage from GO GO V. A new team of Rangers was brought with a new misson. Jennifer Yen was cast as the villianess hench woman Vypra. Lightspeed featured more episode storytelling yet still featured the now traditional fanilie.

2. Since Go Go V had no sixth Ranger .Saban Entertainment decided to make an American made Ranger for Lightspeed Rescue. The Titanium Ranger was created By Bandai. Rett Fisher was brought  in to play the Titanium Ranger, long lost brother to Dana Mitchilll and son to Captain Mitchill. Orginally Ryan's character was to have been some kind of ghost.  Ryan would have been said to have had died in the fall.  Dolibolico would have captured his soul and somehow made it solid. This whole plot was dropped by the time Titanium Ranger reached the air. Due to  the Titanium Ranger being American made their was no sentai footage to support him. Thus the Ryan character was forced to take a sabatical after so many eps. (the ghost  part  is not confirmed and might just be a rumor)

3. The LR/LG team up was released as  video at Macdonalds. The video  was called Triple Force an was released months before the team up actually aired.  Valiere Varone continued her role as Kendrix in the team up.  Danny Slavin walked off the set during filming of the team up . This forced the  production staff to use another actor to do the morphed vioce of Leo. It is not Russell Luarence ( the actor who played Mike. )
