1. DinoThunder was the 12th incarnation of Power Rangers. It used footage from AbaRanger. It starred Jason David Frank, James Naiper., Emma Lahana, and Kevin Dueany.

2. When DinoThunderr plot was announced at the yearly  liscencing show the press release revealed that the  Tommy Oliver charater was returning to Power Rangers.  This sent the fandom in a frenzy, as  it appeared like Jason David Frank was returning to the show. The show's producers later made this out to be mistake since Frank was still in nogatations. A new character named Edward Payne was penciled in, in  Oliviers place. Later Frank closed his deal to return and it was made offical via a promo on ABC Family.

3. DinoThunder  marked the first time AbC family would get first run of the episode. ABC would get the second run ( a week or two after the ABC Family's first run).

4. This was the first Ranger series with give Rangers only. Speculation was a foot that the Trassice Ranger would be a separete Ranegr. The Trassic Ranger was later revealed to be power up to the Red Ranger, much like its sentai counterpart.

5. Doug Sloan and Ann Austen once again left production of Power Rangers at the end of DnoThunder's production. Doug went on to help Enmma Lahana with her music carreer.

6. The new Power Rangers Executive Producer for the upcoming Power Rangers Space Patrol Delta wrote the episode, "Isn't It Lava-ly." His name is Bruce Kalish.
